1. The payment to close a reservation is 50% before and 50% on board the ship, the day of departure.

2. We give a period of 24 hours to make the payment for a reservation, in the case of not making the payment within 24 hours, the reservation would be automatically cancelled.

3. We accept different payment methods, Credit Card, IDEAL and others.


1. CANCELLATIONS by the client:
The client can cancel whenever he wants. 2 weeks or more before the reservation, the 50% deposit will be applicable for a refund. 48 hours or before the reservation no cancellations or refunds are accepted

2. CANCELLATIONS by the company (bad weather or others)

If the excursion cannot be carried out due to bad weather*, alternative dates will be sought between the client and the company, in case a date cannot be found. The reservation will be applicable for a refund of the total paid. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time for reasons other than the weather.

*Bad weather: Rain all day, waves of +2m, constant winds of 30 knots or more.


We offer transfers to our clients from their hotel or apartment to our excursions and back. This service is exclusive for those who do not have their own vehicle. In case of misuse of this free service, we will charge the customer this service.

4. THE EXCURSION and the weather

When booking one of our excursions, the client accepts the fact that the weather (wind, cloudiness, waves) may not be "perfect" for navigation on the day of his reservation. 
We make a great effort to make the outings as pleasant as possible.


On all our excursions we offer food and drinks on board. If the client has food restrictions and/or allergies, please write us an email with the information and we will prepare food suitable for the client.
