Le paiement pour cl\u00f4turer une r\u00e9servation est de 50% par page et de 50% \u00e0 bord du navire le jour du d\u00e9part.<br \/><br \/><br \/>2. Nous pr\u00e9voyons un d\u00e9lai de 48 heures pour le paiement d&#039;une r\u00e9servation. En cas de non-paiement dans ce d\u00e9lai, la r\u00e9servation sera automatiquement annul\u00e9e.<br \/><br \/><br \/>3. ANNULATIONS par le client :<br>Le client peut annuler \u00e0 tout moment. Deux semaines ou plus avant la r\u00e9servation, l&#039;acompte 50% sera rembours\u00e9. Les annulations et remboursements ne sont pas accept\u00e9s 48 heures ou plus avant la r\u00e9servation.<\/p>\n<p>2. ANNULATIONS par l&#039;entreprise (intemp\u00e9ries ou autres)<\/p>\n<p>Si l&#039;excursion ne peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e en raison du mauvais temps*, des dates alternatives seront recherch\u00e9es entre le client et l&#039;entreprise, au cas o\u00f9 une date ne pourrait pas \u00eatre trouv\u00e9e. La r\u00e9servation sera applicable pour un remboursement du total pay\u00e9. Nous nous r\u00e9servons le droit d&#039;annuler toute visite \u00e0 tout moment pour des raisons autres que le temps.<\/p>\n<p><em>*Mauvais temps : Pluie toute la journ\u00e9e, vagues de +2m, vents constants de 30 n\u0153uds ou plus.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>3. TRANSFERTS GRATUITS<\/p>\n<p>Nous proposons des transferts \u00e0 nos clients de leur h\u00f4tel ou appartement \u00e0 nos excursions et retour. Ce service est exclusif pour ceux qui n&#039;ont pas leur propre v\u00e9hicule. En cas d&#039;utilisation abusive de ce service gratuit, nous facturerons le service client.<\/p>\n<p>4. L&#039;EXCURSION et la m\u00e9t\u00e9o<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la r\u00e9servation d&#039;une de nos excursions, le client accepte que la m\u00e9t\u00e9o (vent, n\u00e9bulosit\u00e9, vagues) ne soit pas &quot;parfaite&quot; pour la navigation le jour de sa r\u00e9servation.&nbsp;<br>Nous mettons tout en \u0153uvre pour rendre les sorties les plus agr\u00e9ables possibles.<\/p>\n<p>5. RESTAURATION<\/p>\n<p>Lors de toutes nos excursions, nous proposons de la nourriture et des boissons \u00e0 bord.
