Gracias por utilizar nuestros servicios, esperamos que est\u00e9 satisfecho con ellos. Sin embargo, si por cualquier motivo no est\u00e1 completamente satisfecho con su servicio, puede solicitar un reembolso completo, recibir cr\u00e9dito en la tienda o realizar un cambio. Puede recibir un reembolso por un servicio determinado siempre que re\u00fana los requisitos para ello. Consulte a continuaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre nuestra pol\u00edtica de reembolsos.<\/p>\n

Cancelaciones
<\/b>En el caso de cancelaciones iniciadas por el cliente con m\u00e1s de 14 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n a la reserva, no se aplicar\u00e1n gastos de cancelaci\u00f3n al importe final de la reserva. Si la cancelaci\u00f3n se produce entre 14 d\u00edas y 48 horas antes de la reserva, se aplicar\u00e1 una tasa de cancelaci\u00f3n del 50% al importe final de la reserva. Sin embargo, si la cancelaci\u00f3n se produce menos de 48 horas antes de la reserva, se aplicar\u00e1n unos gastos de cancelaci\u00f3n del 100% del importe final de la reserva. En casos de fuerza mayor, como enfermedad grave o accidente, no se aplicar\u00e1n gastos de cancelaci\u00f3n, siempre que se presente un certificado m\u00e9dico espa\u00f1ol como prueba de la enfermedad o accidente.<\/p>\n

Caribia Sailing tambi\u00e9n puede iniciar cancelaciones en circunstancias espec\u00edficas. En casos de malas condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas, como lluvia durante todo el d\u00eda, olas de 2 metros o m\u00e1s, o vientos constantes de 25 nudos o m\u00e1s, determinaremos la cancelaci\u00f3n bas\u00e1ndonos en la previsi\u00f3n meteorol\u00f3gica m\u00e1s precisa disponible el d\u00eda anterior al viaje. Adem\u00e1s, en casos de fuerza mayor, como cualquier problema o evento que haga imposible el viaje o suponga un riesgo para la seguridad del cliente, el barco o la tripulaci\u00f3n, Caribia Sailing se reserva el derecho de cancelar la reserva.<\/p>\n

Proceso de reembolso<\/b><\/p>\n

En Caribia Sailing, ofrecemos viajes en barco que, a diferencia de los productos retornables, no son reembolsables una vez completados. Los reembolsos s\u00f3lo son aplicables para cancelaciones realizadas antes del viaje. Estamos comprometidos a proporcionar un proceso de cancelaci\u00f3n profesional y justo para nuestros clientes, asegurando que los reembolsos se procesen de manera oportuna cuando sea apropiado.<\/p>\n

Tras recibir su solicitud de reembolso y comprobar si cumple los requisitos, tramitaremos su solicitud. Le rogamos que nos conceda un plazo de cuatro a siete (4-7) d\u00edas para tramitar su reembolso. Adem\u00e1s, los reembolsos pueden tardar entre 2 y 5 d\u00edas en aparecer en el extracto de su tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito, dependiendo de la compa\u00f1\u00eda de la misma. En cuanto a los pagos realizados a trav\u00e9s de transferencias bancarias, el proceso de reembolso puede tardar entre 1 y 3 d\u00edas laborables. Le notificaremos por correo electr\u00f3nico cuando se haya procesado su reembolso.<\/p>\n

Recibir\u00e1 el reembolso \u00edntegro de su compra en el plazo de una semana tras la aprobaci\u00f3n. Recibir\u00e1 el reembolso a trav\u00e9s del mismo m\u00e9todo de pago que utiliz\u00f3 para realizar la compra. Si por alguna raz\u00f3n, Caribia Sailing no puede emitir un reembolso a trav\u00e9s de su m\u00e9todo de pago inicial, le proporcionaremos el valor en cr\u00e9dito equivalente o le proporcionaremos un m\u00e9todo alternativo de reembolso. Tenga en cuenta que algunos m\u00e9todos de pago disponibles en su jurisdicci\u00f3n pueden no permitir el reembolso de una compra a trav\u00e9s del m\u00e9todo de pago original.<\/p>\n
